Hello, it’s nice to meet you, I’m Gem. Mum (or “Bruh!”) to three boys.
Over the past five years I built and grew my own business and discovered a real passion for paid ads and the impact they can have on a business. Since then, I’ve invested heavily in learning and now support other businesses to scale successfully.
I help eCommerce and lead generation brands grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing and website optimisation — driving targeted traffic, improving conversions and building sustainable growth.

From Frustrated Founder to Ads Expert
My husband and I ran our own eCommerce business for five years, and like many founders we spent a lot of money on agencies, memberships and ads trying to figure out what actually worked.
Eventually I decided to learn paid ads properly myself. That decision changed everything. Our business grew to the point we were able to sell it, and along the way I started helping friends with their ads too.
One referral quickly turned into another — and before long The Ads Assistant was born.
