What the numbers genuinely look like.
I update this page monthly, so what you're looking at is the real, current picture - not a good month I've kept up for a year.
Each one against where it was
Three months ago, or against where it was before me where that goes back further.
Two accounts I run, and one brand owner who now runs her own
Revenue doubled in the first full month
Twice the revenue on about 40% more spend. The products were already selling. The account just had no warm layer catching the thousands of people clicking through every month.
Just under £10k in one day
Total ad spend across the whole launch was £187. Christmas pre-orders opened in August and closed inside the week, because she sold through the stock and took the products off the site. The £10k is her own store total for that day; £1,903 of it is what the ads tracked directly.
Six of her first ten orders came from ads
She built her own ads with me over one week, then went away. In her words:
"I'm on day 4 in the Lake District and 6 out of my 10 online orders since Monday were from ads. This was exactly what I hoped for. Being away, not stressing about creating content, and letting ads do the heavy lifting."
People who built their own ads with me
A week of live calls, one job a day, ads live by the end of it.
Sprint was great, Gem is very knowledgable in setting everything up correctly so your ads are optimised to perform. By the end of the week I had my ads up and running and from the day I pressed publish I've had a noticeable increase in sales.
Rocky's Pet ProductsDoing the summer sprint with Gem has been great for my business. She was so supportive and really made sure you understood what you were doing every step of the way. I am now running successful ads and have a plan in place for going forward, but wouldn't hesitate to go back to Gem if I needed more help.
Oh LauraPeople running their own ads with the AI setup
I set brand owners up with the same AI system I use on client accounts, then teach them to drive it.
Just sharing that my Meta campaign is live and working - the tool came up with a shoot list that had opportunities that will be really easy to film and I would never have come up with. Really impressed so far.
A Little Bird CompanyChat, honestly, I was doing it for, like, an hour. We just kept getting stuck. I asked Claude... It was, like, 10 minutes. And I was like, what?
Tinkers WardrobeFeel much more in control with them all now especially with having a clear break-even number to work to, and the copy on the ads was great I think I only did one edit
Moonshine PrintsWhat the numbers don't tell you
Stock runs out, a promo ends, creative wears out. A good account can have a flat month without anything being wrong, which is why I'd rather show you where things started than one lucky window.
A 6x can be a loss and a 2x can be fine. It depends on your margins. It's why the first thing I do on any account is work out your real break-even number.
The 15.7x ad above ran a full month on £174. There's almost always a better-looking number sitting on £20 of spend and five sales, and that one means nothing, which is why you'll never see it here without the spend next to it.
That's also why there's a limit on how many brands I can take on at once.

If you'd like a hand with yours
There are a few ways to work together: done for you, done with you, or run by you with AI - depending on your budget and how hands-on you want to be.
