I've been working on this for a few weeks and I'm finally putting it out there.
I've built a system that connects Claude directly to your ad account and runs your ads the way I run them for my clients. Not captions. Not ideas. The real work: the setup, the numbers, the building, the weekly checks.
Last week I had nine calls back to back and still ended the day with an empty to-do list, because the ads work was already done. Now I'm taking a handful of people through the same system on their own accounts, before it launches properly in September.
Here's what it does
- 1. Sets you up from scratch if you're starting cold: builds your ad account, connects your Shopify store and installs your pixel so your tracking actually works from day one
- 2. Interviews you about your brand so every word it writes sounds like you wrote it
- 3. Calculates your break-even so every decision has a real number behind it, not a guess
- 4. Scans your competitors' ads in the Meta Ad Library and finds the gap they're leaving you
- 5. Audits what you've already run and tells you the truth about it, the true cold number, not the flattering one
- 6. Builds your audiences properly: cold kept clean, warm pools built, exclusions in place
- 7. Creates the actual campaigns as drafts, in your voice: cold ads to find new customers, retargeting to bring people back, and catalogue ads pulled straight from your products
- 8. Checks your account every Monday morning, all by itself, and tells you exactly what to switch off and what to scale
Nothing goes live without your approval.
That rule is built into it. Four things stay yours, always: your logins, your 2FA, your card, and the approve button. The AI does the work. You stay in charge.

What you'll need
- A Shopify store, live and selling
- Your own ad account you can log into (not one an old agency still owns)
- A laptop, a couple of hours to set up, then ten minutes a week
- A Claude subscription (around £18 a month, and that's the entire running cost, I'll point you at the right one)
- Zero AI experience. Genuinely none.
One quick check before you pay. There's a 5-minute test to make sure Meta has switched the AI connection on for your account (it's still rolling out and a few accounts aren't enabled yet). I'll send you the steps. If yours isn't ready, you don't pay, and you go first on the September list instead.
