Whether you've been running ads yourself or you've never run a campaign in your life, handing this over is a big decision and I don't take that lightly. From this point on, your Meta ads are fully in my hands. Strategy, setup, testing, optimisation, all of it handled so you can get back to the parts of your business you love.

What is Full Management?

This isn't an agency service where you're passed between account managers. When you work with me, you work directly with me. All the time. I have no account managers. Everything comes from me personally.

Your Full Management Journey

Onboarding and strategy call

We start with a thorough onboarding call to go through your products, your customers and what success looks like for your business. This call is recorded and shared with you afterwards so you always have it to refer back to. From here, I take care of everything.

Brand brief and numbers

Before anything goes live you'll complete your Brand Brief and Breakeven ROAS Calculator, both available in the Brand Brief and Numbers tab of your Slack channel. The more I know about your business and margins, the better I can manage your ads. Please complete these before our first review call.

Account setup and campaign build

I build your campaigns from the ground up, correctly structured, properly tracked and aligned with your goals and margins. Whether starting fresh or taking over an existing account, everything is cleaned up and ready to perform.

Launch, testing and optimisation

Your ads go live and I monitor performance closely from day one. I review the data continuously, adjusting budgets, testing creatives and refining audiences so your spend is always working as hard as possible.

Fortnightly performance review calls

Every two weeks we come together on Zoom to review your ads, discuss what's working, what needs improving and what I'm focusing on next. All calls are recorded and saved in your Slack channel so you can revisit anything at any time.

How Full Management Works

Your private Slack channel

From the moment you join you'll have your own private Slack channel. This is where everything lives. Use it to:

  • Ask questions whenever something comes up
  • Share upcoming promotions, new products or seasonal plans
  • Get a second opinion on creative, offers or strategy
  • Receive proactive updates when I need your input

Your Slack tabs

At the top of your channel you'll find four tabs keeping everything organised:

  • Key Info, your call link, schedule and important links
  • Assets and Content, photos, videos, UGC and product images
  • Call Recordings and Action Tracker, all past review calls
  • Brand Brief and Numbers, complete this as soon as possible

Fortnightly review calls

Every two weeks we review your ads together on Zoom. We look at the numbers that matter, what I've been working on and where the next opportunities are. All calls are recorded and saved in your Slack channel.

Response times

I work Monday to Friday but structure my office hours Tuesday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm. For urgent campaign issues I will contact you proactively. You won't be left waiting to tell me something is wrong.

What You Need to Get Started

Please have the following in place before our onboarding call.

  • Admin access to your Meta Business Manager / Business Suite account
  • Admin access to your Facebook page and Instagram profile
  • Access to your website backend so the pixel can be verified
  • A monthly ad budget agreed and ready to go
  • Brand Brief completed and uploaded to your Slack tab
  • Breakeven ROAS Calculator filled in and number dropped in Slack

    The more I know about your business, sales, promotions and new products, the better I can optimise your ads around what matters to you.

    Share your creative assets

    Strong ads need strong visuals. I create the copy and structure but photos, videos and raw content need to come from you. The more you can provide, the more we have to test with.

    Ads take time to optimise. I'll always be honest with you about what's working and what needs more time.

    Tell me your goals in advance

    Whether it's a seasonal push, a new product launch or a revenue target, the more notice I have the better I can plan around it.

    Push back if something doesn't feel right

    This is your business. If a strategy doesn't sit well with you, say so. I'd rather have that conversation early than have you lose confidence in what we're doing.

    Don't make changes without checking first

    Editing live ads, duplicating campaigns, switching things off. Always check with me before touching anything in the account. It can undo optimisation work and reset learning.

Your First 30 Days and Beyond

The first 30 days are all about building solid foundations. Your account will be audited or built from scratch, tracking will be verified and your first campaign will go live. You won't be left to figure things out alone.

Your account is reviewed or built from scratch. Structure, tracking and goals all confirmed before anything goes live.

Launch and test

Campaigns go live. I monitor performance daily, adjusting and testing as data comes in.

Review and refine

Fortnightly calls to review results, talk through what's working and agree next steps together.

Full Management runs in 3-month rolling blocks, giving enough time to build, test and optimise properly. Meta ads need time to settle and gather data. Either party can end the agreement with 30 days written notice.
This is a partnership built around proper testing, clear communication and long-term results.

Quick Reference

Investment

ยฃ700 + VAT per month. Billed monthly via ThriveCart subscription on your signup date.

Contract

3-month rolling blocks. 30 days written notice to end. Fees remain due for the full block if notice is given mid-term.

Review calls

Fortnightly on Zoom. All recorded and saved in your Slack channel.

Response times

Tuesday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm. Urgent issues addressed proactively.

Supplied by you, directed and tested by me.
