Week 2 — Structure & Build
In week two, we’ll create a clear campaign structure designed to scale and aligned with your goals and margins. Together, we’ll build or restructure campaigns so everything is organised, efficient, and ready to run.
Week 3 — Launch, Testing & Optimisation
We’ll launch your ads and review early performance data so you understand what the numbers are telling you. You’ll learn when to leave campaigns alone, when to adjust budgets, and how to decide what to pause, duplicate, or continue running.
Week 4 — Scale & Roadmap
The final week focuses on scaling what’s working and planning the next steps. We’ll create a simple scaling strategy, outline a creative testing plan, and map out a clear roadmap for continued growth

Step One

Once you have secured your SPRINT you will receive a short questionnaire so I can understand your business, your audience & what you want to achieve. This helps us make the most of our time together.

Step two

We will have our first 1:1 call where we work inside your ad account together. We will organise your account structure, set up campaigns correctly & make sure everything is ready to start generating results.

Step three

Over the following weeks we will continue refining your ads through our scheduled calls. By the end of the 4 week SPRINT, you will have a full optimised account & a clear plan for scaling your ads going forward.
