Week 1 — Audit & Foundations We start by getting under the hood of your Meta Ads account. If you're new, we build everything from scratch the right way. If you've been running ads, we audit what's there, identify what's holding you back and fix any issues. Tracking is checked to make sure your data can actually be trusted.
Week 2 — Structure & Build We create a campaign structure that's built to scale and aligned with your store's goals and margins. Whether we're starting fresh or restructuring what's already there, by the end of this week your account will be organised, clean and ready to run.
Week 3 — Launch, Testing & Optimisation Your ads go live. We review early performance data together so you know exactly what the numbers mean — when to leave things alone, when to adjust budgets and what to pause, duplicate or keep running.
Week 4 — Scale & Roadmap We focus on scaling what's working and map out your next steps. You'll leave with a simple scaling strategy, a creative testing plan and a clear roadmap so you know exactly how to keep building on your results.

Step One
Once you've secured your Sprint, you'll receive a short questionnaire about your store, your products and your goals. If you've been running ads, this is where you tell me what's been happening so we can hit the ground running.
Step two
We jump on our first 1:1 call and work directly inside your Meta Ads account together. Whether we're building from scratch or fixing what's already there, by the end of this call your foundations are in place.
Step three
Over the following weeks we refine and optimise through our scheduled calls. By the end of your 4 week Sprint you'll have a fully set up Meta Ads account, a clear understanding of how it works and a plan for what comes next.
